Imran Khan, Mansoor Ijaz, & Jang Group.

In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman on earth. Zeus ordered Hephaestus, the god of craftsmanship, to create her and he did, using water and earth. The gods endowed her with many talents; Aphrodite gave her beauty, Apollo music, Hermes persuasion, and so forth. Hence her name: Pandora, "all-gifted". When Prometheus stole fire from heaven, Zeus took vengeance by presenting Pandora to Epimetheus, Prometheus' brother. With her, Pandora had a jar which she was not to open under any circumstance. Impelled by her natural curiosity, Pandora opened the jar, and all evil contained escaped and spread over the earth. She hastened to close the lid, but the whole contents of the jar had escaped. If tomorrow someone even worse than Mansoor Ijaz appear on GEO TV with a bundle of manufacture story against Pakistan would Imran Khan, Mir Shakil ur Rehman, GEO TV, Ansar Abbasi, Mohammad Malick, Shaheen Sehbai, and last but not least Kamran Khan facilitate him/her against Pakistan as well like GEO did in the last few days (if anything goes wrong then Supreme court should take notice and call everybody mentioned above to prove what Imran Khan boasted in a procession without an Legal Enquiry and court proceedings because guilty by suspicion" is not a Justice and US Ambassador Cameron Munter boasted that Pakistan needs Rule of Law and Constitution while commenting on a meeting with Imran Khan in a GEO TV's Capital Talk yesterday i.e. 22 Nov 2011), the group mentioned above has prepared a case against Pakistan by giving credibility to a person who is know Anti-Pakistan Army and Nuclear detterrance as well today i.e. 23 Nov 2011, even Saleem Safi and Najam Sethi have raised this question in the very same newsgroup (Jang/The News International/GEO TV) who together played havoc with Pakistan Defence Assets. Pakistan is one of those unfortunate countries where the Sanctimonious Intellectuals discuss the blame on speculations and assumptions even if it is at the cost of the integrity and sovereignty of the country. Differring with PPP or any other government is one thing and putting country's fate at the stake for settling some political score is quite another and that is the usual story with the Jang Group of newspaper and their Journalists/TV Anchors particularly Shaheen Sehbai, Kamran Khan, Mohammad Malick and Ansar Abbasi despite knowing an established fact (with reference, history and footage) that Mansoor Ijaz and his Neocon Lobby had destroyed Iraq by raising False Alarm of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Mansoor Ijaz is exactly doing the same again and Jang Group of Newspapers is part and parrcel in this ugly game. During a TV Show of GEO TV "Aaj Kamran Khan Kay Sath dated 18 Nov 2011" and earlier on Bolta Pakistan of AAJ TV dated 16 Nov 2011 the resident editor of The News International, Mr. Mohammad Malick opined that raising objection on Mansoor Ijaz' credibility is of no use! Very well as Mr. Malick suggest we should apply Mansoor Ijaz "Rant" as a cardinal truth and Mr. Mohammad Malick should plead case against Pakistan in the world community particularly in UN by quoting from Mr. Mansoor Ijaz "Excellent Pieces" on Pakistan, and particularly Mansoor's Lie on WMD in Iraq, let us proceed but before proceeding to the detailed background of this Neocon War Monger i.e. Mansoor Ijaz, we must keep one thing in mind that Mohammad Malick (Resident Editor, The News International) also has several blot on his character e.g. Muhammad Malick (List of journalists given plots in Islamabad Published: November 1, 2010 http://tribune.com.pk/story/70940/list-of-journalists-given-plots-in-islamabad/ Journalist Corruption Scandal – Mohammad Malick JUNE 3, 2009 http://pkpolitics.com/2009/06/03/journalist-corruption-scandal-mohammad-malick/.

Ijaz is the same person who called for declaring the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) a terrorist organisation, Haqqani was quoted as telling the president. A few days later, the same person then reportedly met the head of ISI Lt. General Ahmed Shuja Pasha, Haqqani reportedly added. “What does this indicate?” he was quoted as rhetorically asking the president. Haqqani, sources added, also referred to a statement of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan on October 30, where he was implicated in the scandal for the first time. “I was summoned on November 15 … how could Imran know about it on October 30,” Haqqani was quoted as saying. Imran Khan should also be called in the court of law. Hussain Haqqani may be a Dacoit but not until and unless there is an Impartial and Just Trial without a Media Trial, it's somebody life we are talking about here.

Indeed Mr. Saleem Saif has raised several inquisitive questions about Mansoor Ijaz's Black Motives, watch this video wherein a business partner of Mansoor Ijaz i.e. James Woolsey (Former Chief of US Central Intelligence) is involving Iraq with AL-QAEDA and Weapons of Mass Destruction without any proof. The United Nations' former chief weapons inspector in Iraq told the official inquiry into the war that he had cautioned Tony Blair the month before the 2003 invasion about the possibility that no weapons of mass destruction (WMD) would be found. The Resident Editor of The News International (Jang Group of Newspapers) should also be called in the court of law because he levels very serious Treason Charges against an Elected Government in another TV Program (AAJ TV Bolta Pakistan 16 Nov 2011) without any sound and authentic proof that "Goverment has committed Treason against the State" and the same Mohammad Malick or anybody else never raised a single question to authenticate the veracity of a known Fifth Columnist Mansoor Ijaz who has a built in hate for Pakistan and its Army which is quite evident in the videos below

On March 9, 2007 President Pervez Musharraf suspended Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry. As the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) began hearing the case, so did the media. For the media, it was as if all its Eids had come together. The public discussion of sub-judice issues irked the SJC which promptly and rightly directed the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to take measures to prevent airing of programs concerning issues pending before the Council. In his defence, Haqqani asked: “Do you think (the media) verified authenticity of BBM transcripts with their usual zeal for accuracy?” He went on to add: “How can anyone prove that they are real?” REFERENCE: Jumping the gun BY IRFAN WAHEED ON NOVEMBER 23RD, 2011 http://www.dawn.com/2011/11/23/jumping-the-gun.html

LAHORE: Lawyers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have filed a constitutional petition with regard to ‘memo controversy’ in the Supreme Court Wednesday, Geo News reported. The petition has filed following Article 184-3 of constitution. According to sources, PML-N has made the President, Federation, Chief of the Army Staff, Husain Haqqani and Mansoor Ijaz party in the case. DG ISI Suja Pasha and foreign secretary have also been made party in the case. PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif, in his petition, referred to Mansoor Ijaz’s article in the UK paper and stated that President Zardari and Husain Haqqani denied the claims initially, therefore, the court should play its role in the matter to safeguard national interest. A seperate petition was also filed by PML-N leader Khawaja Asif. What about this Treason by Mian Nawaz Sharif and his Party i.e. PML - Nawaz

LONDON: Pakistan was preparing to use nuclear missiles against India during the Kargil war, a new book has claimed, citing a conversation between US President Bill Clinton and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif eight years back. "When President Clinton met Sharif at Blair House (in July 1999), Clinton asked Sharif if he knew how advanced the threat of nuclear war really was? Did he know, for example that his military was preparing to use nuclear missiles?" the book "Deception: Pakistan, the United States and the Global Nuclear Weapons Conspiracy" says. Answering Clinton's query, Sharif shook his head implying he was unaware of his military's moves, investigative journalists Adrian Levy and Catherine Scott-Clark have claimed in their 586-page book. Warning Sharif, the President said he had a statement ready for release that would pin all the blame for Kargil on Pakistan if the Prime Minister refused to pull his forces back. Clinton further questioned Sharif on whether the Pakistani leader could be trusted on anything. The US President reminded Sharif that despite his promise to help bring Osama bin Laden to justice, the ISI had continued to work with bin Laden and the Taliban to foment terrorism and the Americans knew that. The Americans were unsure as to who was really in control in Islamabad, the authors said, as confusion prevailed over whether Sharif was in reality pushed into a war by General Pervez Musharraf, or he attempted to diminish his role in the crisis. After his meeting with Clinton, Sharif briefly left the room to seek advice. When he returned, "he was getting exhausted. He denied that he had ordered the preparation of their missile force, said he was against war but was worried for his life in Pakistan", the book said, quoting Bruce Riedel, who was at the National Security Council. "There was a break in the middle of the day: Clinton lying down on the sofa at Blair House while Sharif went to his hotel room for a nap. "When they reconvened, Clinton placed the prepared statement on the table. Sharif left the room again to read it to his advisers and then returned finally ready to order a volte-face and call for his troops to withdraw back to the line of control", Riedel said. "The mood changed in a nanosecond," he recalled. "Clinton told Sharif that they had tested their personal relationship hard that day but they had reached the right ending." Sharif posed for photographs with Clinton at the White House before returning to Dulles airport. "His mood was glum," said Riedel. "He was not looking forward to his trip home. The PM knew he had done the right thing for Pakistan and the world, but he was not sure his army would see it that way." Sharif pulled back the troops. But two months later his brother Shahbaz Sharif turned up in Washington, the book said. Karl Inderfurth, Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia, recalled meeting him at the Willard Hotel: "We were hoping to see what new thinking there might be in engaging India. But after lunch, Shahbaz took me off to a corner table and confided that his brother was under intense pressure." A few days earlier, while attending the funeral of his father-in-law, Nawaz Sharif had been warned by Pakistan's Attorney General that he was about to be unseated in a military coup. ISLAMABAD, May 29: The Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, on Tuesday narrated for the first time his version of the events of of May 9 at the President’s camp office in Rawalpindi. He said in an affidavit that top intelligence officials had constantly pressured him into resigning, and after keeping him confined at the office for over five hours, he was allowed to leave in a flagless car. “I was informed that I have been restrained from acting as the chief justice.” The `non-functional’ chief justice informed the full-bench hearing identical petitions against the presidential reference that since the action of March 9, he had remained a victim of intrusive and not-so-intrusive intelligence and police operation. “I replied that it was not based on facts as my case was decided by a two-member bench and that attempts are being made to maliciously involve the other member of the Bench as well.” After this, the president said there were a few more complaints as well, directing his staff to call the 'other persons'. The 'other persons' entered the room immediately. They were: Prime Minster Shaukat Aziz, the Directors General of Military Intelligence (MI), Director General of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), Director General Intelligence Bureau (IB), Chief of Staff (COS) and another official. All officials (except the IB chief and the COS) were in uniform. "The meeting lasted about 30 minutes. The chiefs of the MI, ISI and IB stayed back, but they too did not show him me a single piece of evidence.” In fact, Justice iftikhar said, no official, except the ISI chief, had any document with him. The officials, however, alleged that Justice Iftikhar had used his influence to get his son admitted in Bolan Medical College, Quetta, when he was serving as a judge of the Balochistan High Court. The ISI and MI heads persisted in their demand for resignation, the CJ said. “I refused, saying that the demand has a collateral purpose.” “I was kept there absolutely against my will till 5pm. I was stopped there on one pretext or the other and at one stage was told the president will once again see me. “After 5pm, the MI chief told me `This is a bad day. Now you are taking a separate way and you are informed that you have been restrained from working as a judge of the Supreme Court or the Chief Justice of Pakistan’.” Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry further said when he came out of the room, he was stunned to find that the national flag and the insignia of office were no longer there on his car. “My staff officer later informed me Justice Javed Iqbal has taken oath as Acting Chief Justice and it has been shown on TV. My driver said he had been instructed not to drive the Chief Justice to the Supreme Court.” REFERENCE: CJ says chiefs of MI, ISI asked him to quit: Affidavit on March 9 camp office event By Iftikhar A. During Musharrad Tenure (pure martial law tenure) a Retired Military Officer was sent to a European country as an Ambassador but that country refused to take him as an Ambassador and didn't accept his papers. General (R) Jahangir Karamat (Former Ambassador of Pakistan to USA) lectures a lot about integrity, spine, and what not:) I read that in the appendix and reference page in a book MILITARY INC: by Ayesha Siddiqa (page is attached) Now read and enjoy:))))

Meanwhile, what surprised some was Karamat's dismissive tone about the A Q Khan affair, which he labeled a "proliferation episode" while denying any government complicity in it. "There was no government sanction, approval, or any kind of government connection with what went on," he said flatly. But Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, in his 11-page confession reported in the US press in February, named Karamat, former chief of army staff General (retired) Mirza Aslam Beg and President General Pervez Musharraf as the men on top who were aware of what was going on. As the chief of army staff from 1996-98, Karamat was directly responsible for the safety and security of the nuclear program. But Karamat declined to elaborate how something so big could happen on his watch, saying that too much had already been written about the Khan affair. Karamat's main objective in the speech appeared to be to move the debate in Washington from Pakistan's past to Pakistan's future and Washington's commitment. He said Pakistanis are worried that they will never be let off the hook, because the past is always being dredged up to color policy. Accountability General Pervez Musharraf Style

LAHORE, June 11: Chief Justice Iftikhar Husain Chaudhry of the Lahore High Court has ordered an inquiry into the disappearance of pages from a court file that contained a stay order in favour of Farrukh Karamat, a son of former chief of army staff Gen Jahangir Karamat, in a bank fraud case. A deputy registrar has been asked to conduct the inquiry and submit a report fixing responsibility within seven days. The stay order in favour of Farrukh Karamat, manager of the Emirates Bank in 2000 when the embezzlement of about Rs300 million was found, was granted by a division bench comprising Justice Farrukh Latif and Justice Sadar Mohammad Aslam against the proceedings of a reference against him. Farrukh, the head of the bank’s corporate branch, Aali Shafi and traders Arif Moaz Shah and his brother Asif Moaz Shah, Naeemuddin Qamar Sahaf, Shahiduddin Jauhar Sahaf and Zeeshan Mustafa were allegedly found guilty and the Civil Lines police registered two FIRs against them on the allegation that all connived in advancing a loan of Rs300 million to traders under forged guarantees of the ABN Amro and the United banks. According to a writ petition moved by Aali Shafi, who was also allowed a stay order by the LHC division bench on Thursday, the case was sent to the special banking court which acquitted Farrukh Karamat and Aali Shafi through an order on Nov 29, 2001, since no evidence and material was available against them. However, the National Accountability Bureau entered the fray without a legal justification and served on both Farrukh Karamat and Aali Shafi notices of show cause in the fraud case. The NAB later filed references against them with an accountability court starting proceedings. The two moved the Lahore High Court challenging the NAB move besides pleading that the proceedings should be quashed. Advocates Wasim Sajjad and Ali Hasan Sajjad pleaded on behalf of Aali Shafi that the reference suffered from a double jeopardy as no one could be retried in one offence. The counsel stated that Aali Shafi could not be proceeded against in the reference they contained similar charges in which he had already been acquitted by the banking court. The LHC issued a stay order in favour of Farrukh Karamat which was found missing when the court resumed hearing of the writ petition on June 9. The same day the court also issued a similar stay order in favour of Aali Shafi through which the NAB was restrained from proceedings against him. -- LHC orders probe into missing papers June 12, 2005 http://archives.dawn.com/2005/06/12/nat39.htm LAHORE June 02-(PPI): Accountability Bench of the Lahore High Court Wednesday issuing notice to the NAB Chairman on the acquittal plea of Farrukh Karamat, son of ex-Army Chief Gen. ISLAMABAD: An audit report on Wednesday revealed that Pakistan’s former ambassador to Indonesia Maj-Gen (retd) Mustafa Anwar, who sold the Pakistani embassy building in Jakarta in a personal capacity, was declared innocent on the orders of former president Pervez Musharraf, DawnNews reported. This particular detail came to light when audit authorities apprised a sub-committee of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the National Assembly on the matter. The sub-committee was being headed by Ayaz Sadiq of the Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N). Mr Anwar sealed the transaction in 2001 without getting mandatory permission from the foreign ministry. The report presented by audit authorities revealed that the building was sold by Mr Anwar in a personal capacity. Moreover, senior embassy official Mushtaque Haider was relegated to the position of an officer on special duty (OSD) for notifying authorities regarding the illegal sale of the building. Officials from the Foreign Office told the committee that Mr Anwar was closely associated with Mr Musharraf and that the order to relegate Mr Haider came directly from the former president. The audit report moreover stated that during an earlier Musharraf-sanctioned investigation into the sale Mr Anwar was declared innocent. During the meeting, the PAC’s sub-committee directed the foreign office to explain why it offered no support to Mr Haider. The sub-committee also directed the foreign office to submit details of the issue in six weeks’ time.
