Jamat-e-Islami & Syed Munawar Hassan violates Etiquettes of Masjid.

Jamaat-i-Islami amir Syed Munawwar Hasan has said President Asif Ali Zardari is meeting his political allies to pave way for the approval of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO). Speaking at Friday congregation at the Mansoora Jamia Masjid, he claimed that the government had accepted its defeat on the NRO issue only for the time being but had not given up the idea of its adoption by parliament. President Zardari, he said, was meeting his allies to turn the defeat into victory. The government was reluctant to disclose the names of the NRO beneficiaries and was bargaining on the principle of give and take to cover the corruption of billions of dollars, he said. He said the government also wanted to impose restrictions on the media because of its contribution to the restoration of judges and projection of the nation’s views on the Kerry-Lugar Bill (now a law) and the NRO. The move to impose restrictions on the media would be resisted, he added.

According to him, the government has not respected the mandate of the Feb 18 general election. People are finding the going hard due to acute shortages of flour and sugar, and issues like loadshedding. Despite all this, he said, the government was engaged in serving the US. The JI amir said the incidence of terrorism had increase during the past six months after the launch of the military operation. “The chief of the army staff should apprise the people of the results of the operation,” he said, also seeking explanation from the government as to how bomb blasts were continuing despite its claims of breaking the back of the terrorists. He said Pakistan could get rid of terrorism only by getting out of the US alliance as war against terrorism had only made things difficult. India was creating anarchy in Pakistan at the behest of the US, he said. READ HOW JAMAT-E-ISLAMI AND ITS LEADERS VIOLATE ISLAM?

Al-Haakim reported in al-Mustadrak (4/359) that Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘There will come a time when people will sit in circles in the mosques and they will have no concern except this world. Allaah has no need of them so do not sit with them.’” This is a saheeh hadeeth even though al-Bukhaari and Muslim did not narrate it. Al-Dhahabi said in al-Talkhees that it is saheeh.” [COURTESY - Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid - Saudi Arabia]

This hadeeth states that this blameworthy deed is disliked, because the mosques are not built for such a purpose. Allaah commanded that mosques should be built to remember Him and to conduct prayers and acts of worship and obedience to Him, such as I’tikaaf (retreat, seclusion for devotion and worship), and different kinds of dhikr such as circles for reciting Qur’aan and seeking knowledge. [COURTESY - Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid - Saudi Arabia]

On the other hand, there are ahaadeeth that command us to repeat the words of the adhaan after the muezzin, as a mustahabb or encouraged deed, and to set an example of how one should behave when hearing the adhaan. Some people neglect this, and do not realize how much reward they are missing out on and how much they are to blame for that. What sort of hearts must they have?! They hear the remembrance of Allaah then they turn away from Him, and it has no effect on their hearts so that they may fear Him and feel compelled to listen. [COURTESY - Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid - Saudi Arabia]

One of these ahaadeeth is that narrated by Imaam Muslim in his Saheeh (no. 384) from ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “When any one of you hears the muezzin, let him say something like he says, then send blessings on me, for whoever sends blessings on me, Allaah will send blessings tenfold on him. Then ask Allaah to grant me al-waseelah, for it is a status in Paradise that only one of Allaah’s slaves will attain, and I hope that I will be the one. Whoever asks for al-waseelah for me, will be granted my intercession for him.” [COURTESY - Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid - Saudi Arabia]

As for giving the greeting of salaam and shaking hands, there is nothing wrong with this, for these are acts of obedience to Allaah. There is no conflict between doing these things and responding to the muezzin, because a person may do all of these things at once. [COURTESY - Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid - Saudi Arabia]

Muslims should beware of doing anything that may offend or disturb those who come to the mosque for worship. This includes disturbing those who are reading Qur’aan, praying or remembering Allaah in the mosque. It is an evil deed (sayi’ah) to disturb the people in the mosque by talking about worldly affairs, because this is offensive to them and distracts Muslims from doing acts of worship properly. Disturbing others is not allowed, even if it takes the form of reading Qur’aan, so how about if it takes other forms? Ahmad ibn Shu’ayb al-Nisaa'i reported in al-Sunan al-Kubra (5/32) under the heading Dhikr Qawl al-Nabi (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) Laa yajhar ba’dukam ‘ala ba’din fi’l-Qur’aan (Mentioning the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), None of you should compete with one another in reciting Qur’aan loudly), a report from Abu Haazim al-Timaar from al-Bayaadi, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came out and found the people praying and reciting in loud voices. He said: “The one who is praying is conversing with his Lord, so let him think about what he is saying to Him. Do not compete with one another in reciting Qur’aan loudly.” Ibn Muhayreez (may Allaah have mercy on him) is reported to have said: “Speaking in the mosque is idle talk, except for one who is praying, or remembering his Lord, or asking for help or giving help.” (Musannaf ‘Abd al-Razzaaq, part 8, Baab Kalaam ‘Ikrimah). Ibn al-Haaj said, concerning the manners of the Muslim when he sets out for the mosque: “He should intend to avoid idle talk in the mosque or talking about that which does not concern him, for there is a report that says that speaking in the mosque about anything but the deeds of the Hereafter is like fire in dry wood, it eats up hasanaat (good deeds). So he should take care to avoid that, lest he goes out to engage in trade and comes back having lost everything because of his idle talk.” (al-Madkhal by Ibn al-Haaj, part 1, al-Sunnah fi’l-Mashiy ila’l-Masjid). It is forbidden to raise one’s voice in such a way that it disturbs others’ prayers, even if it is done while reciting the Qur’an. Teaching or imparting knowledge (to others) is exempt from this prohibition. [COURTESY: Fiqh Us-Sunnah by Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq]

Ibn `Umar relates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered upon some people while they were praying and they were raising their voices in the Qur’anic recital. The Prophet said, “One who is praying is in a private conversation with his Lord so he should be mindful of whom he is conversing with. And you should not raise your voices against each other in [the recital of] the Qur’an” (Ahmad). [COURTESY: Fiqh Us-Sunnah by Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq]

Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri reports that the Prophet was making seclusion (i`tikaf) in the mosque and he heard the people reciting aloud. He removed the covering and said, “Verily, each of you is in a private conversation with his Lord so you should not disturb each other. And you are not to raise your voices against each other in the recitation” (Abu Dawud, An-Nasa’i, Al-Bayhaqi, and Al-Hakim). [COURTESY: Fiqh Us-Sunnah by Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq]

Abu Dawood (1332) narrated, under the heading, “Raising the voice when reciting Qur’aan in night prayers” that Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri – may Allaah be pleased with him – said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) observed i’tikaaf in the mosque and he heard them raising their voices in reciting Qur’aan. He drew back the curtain and said: “Each of you is conversing with his Lord, so do not disturb one another, and do not raise your voices above one another in reciting Qur’aan – or in prayer.” Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr said: The hadeeths of al-Bayaadi and Abu Sa’eed are both sound and saheeh.

These two hadeeths show that it is forbidden to raise one's voice in reciting Qur’aan in prayer to such an extent that it disturbs others, and that this is a nuisance and is forbidden, then how would it be appropriate to use Masjid for Political Speeches?

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade people to raise their voices above one another in reciting Qur’aan, and explained that this causes annoyance. It is well known that the believer has no option and cannot ignore the ruling of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Allaah says

(interpretation of the meaning):

“It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allaah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allaah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed into a plain error” [al-Ahzaab 33:36]

"Whoever goes back and forth to the mosque (to attend the prayers), Allah will prepare for him a feast in paradise as often as he goes back and forth" [Agreed Upon].

"When one of you continues sitting in the place where he performed his prayer, after the prayer is over, and remains with ablution, the angels beseech Allah for his blessings upon him, and pray, "Allah! grant him salvation; Allah have mercy on him" [Bukhari].

The Salutation of the Masjids

Abu Qataadah (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: "When one of you goes to the mosque, he should pray two rak'ats before he sits" [Agreed Upon]

These two rak'ats can be performed at any time of the day or the night. Moreover, if someone enters the mosque on Friday while the Imam is giving the Khutba, he should pray two light rak'ats before he sits.

Jabir (ra) reports that a man came to the mosque on Friday while the Prophet (saws) was delivering the Khutba. The Prophet asked him: "Did you offer the Salah?" The man replied: "No!" He told him: "Pray two rak'at" [Bukhari & Muslim].

In another hadeeth the Prophet (saws) said: "If one of you comes to the mosque on the day of Friday and the imam is delivering the khutba, he should pray two rak'ats and make them quick" [Muslim].

Calmness in the Masjids

It is forbidden to raise voices while being inside a mosque in such a way that it disturbs others' prayers, even if it is done while reciting the Quran. 'Abdullah ibn Umar related that the Messenger of Allah (saws) entered upon people while they were praying and they were raising their voices in the Quranic recital. The Prophet (saws) said: "One who is praying is in a private conversation with his Lord so he should be mindful of whom he is conversing with_ And you should riot raise your voices against each other while reciting the Qur'an" [Ahmed].

Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (ra) reported that the Prophet (saws) was making seclusion (i'tikaf) in the mosque and he heard the people reciting (Qur'an] aloud. He removed the covering and said: "Verily, each of you is in a private conversation with his Lord so you should not disturb each other. And you are not to raise your voices against each other in the recitation" [Abu Dawud & an-Nasai].
READ HOW JAMAT-E-ISLAMI'"DEVIANT FOUNDER" MAWDUDI INSULTS THE COMPANIONS OF PROPHET MOHAMMAD [PBUH]

For example Khomeini once made a statement which was published in the Tehran times (Kitaab be Noujawanaan - P8) that if he conquers Madina Munawwarah, he will remove the two idols (Hadhrat Abu Bakr and Hadhrat Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) besides Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him). I am certain that no believer will accept such a statement against the great luminaries of Islam. Brother Amin, are we then to condemn only Khomeini and condone Mawdudi knowing well that Mawdudi was a close friend of Khomeini and was sympathetic to his course. In a book titled, 'Two brothers - Maududi and Khomeini' page 129, the following statement of Dr Ahmad Farouk Maududi (son of Abul-A'ala Maududi) was published in Roz Naame, Lahore - 29 September 1979, "Allama Khomeini had a very old and close relationship with Abba Jaan (father). Aayaatullah Khomeini translated his (fathers) books in Farsi and included it as a subject in Qum. Allama Khomeini met my father in 1963 during Hajj and my father's wish was to create a revolutionary in Pakistan similar to Iran. He was concerned about the success of the Iranian revolution till his last breath.'

Read A book mentioned below to know as to what kind of Filthy Language Mawlana Mawdudi and his brother Khomeini used against Prophets [PBUT] and against the Companions [May Allah be pleased with everyone of them] of Prophet Mohammad [PBUH]. The book has provided the original quotes from Mawdudi’s book with the editions and page number.
